A modular operating system for clinics: appointments, patients, specialists, payments, a clinic website and one inbox, with specialty modules switched on per clinic.

Medopsia began as MONA, a system we built to run a single clinic. It is now a platform for many: each organisation runs one or more branches on the same system, switches on the modules its specialties need, and goes live through a guided setup. No spreadsheets, scattered messaging apps or separate website vendor.

The problem

Clinics run on spreadsheets, messaging apps and memory. Appointments slip, patient histories are scattered, and every specialty is forced into the same generic software. Staff spend hours on admin instead of care.

The system

Medopsia gives every clinic one shared core (calendar, patients, specialists, services, payments, inbox and website) and adds specialty modules on top. A dermatology practice and a physiotherapy studio use the same system, each seeing only what it needs.
